The very well respencted Coggeshall family have been running blackwells for the last 30 years.
Focusing on the traditional farm fresh geese and turkeys for the Christmas holidays for the majority of their time at Coggeshall. In 2004 they began selling directly to leading butchers and food halls called Rare Breed Meat Company that produces high quality locally produced meat.
I can tell you now that the last 30 years of the Coggeshall work has not gone to waste. You definatly need to taste the gorgeous pig, cow and chickens meat that they offer. I certainly cuolnt get enough.
